I contacted the vendor when the item I ordered was 2 weeks late. I purchased the mask for a event I was attending.They told me it was shipped.Must have been PONY EXPRESS as it took almost 6 weeks. they also told me if it was returned to them,they would credit my account... what did they do they shipped ....I have no use for it now.Not dependable :(
