THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! BUYER'S BEWARE! PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING LIST OF THINGS THAT WENT WRONG WITH MY {ATTEMPTED} PURCHASE!!!1.BAIT-N-SWITCH: They charged my credit card, and then 3 days later said that the item I ordered was out of stock and that I would need to pick a NEW item to purchase.This is illegal.
2.ADDRESSED INCORRECTLY:My package was lost in the mail (after waiting for it for OVER 3 WEEKS!) because THEY WROTE THE WRONG ADDRESS ON THE BOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It wasn't the post office's fault, like 80's Purple claimed it was.
3.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER!!!!:After realizing the item was lost (because they wrote the wrong address on it), I sent them an email letting them know the situation, and they wrote me back the RUDEST email I have ever received in the history of online purchases! Saying that they don't appreciate me blaming them for the mishap and that it was the USPS's fault! HA! VERY UNTRUE!!! The phrase "The customer is always right" has no bearing on their customer service policy WHATSOEVER.
4.WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED!!!!!!!!!:After going through all this nonsense, the item I was bait-n-switched to purchase WASN'T EVEN THE RIGHT ITEM!!!!!!!!!!!!! AFTER ALL THIS NONSENSE, THEY STILL MANAGED TO SCREW UP AGAIN BY NOT SHIPPING THE RIGHT ITEM!!!!It's not that hard people, all you do is read the piece of paper in the box with the item name and description, and you put it in the box!! Apparently that's too much to ask from 80's Purple.
5.STILL WAITING FOR REFUND:So now it has been a well month and a half, and I have yet to get my credit back for the item I originally purchased.YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT THIS LONG FOR A PROBLEM TO BE RESOLVED!!!
**Please folks, I know they may have some cute stuff from 80's Purple, but I'm warning you, do NOT do business with them!! It will turn out to be a HUGE WASTE OF TIME on your part!You can find their items from other internet shops that are much more responsible, polite, courteous, and prompt!**
