This is a magnificent piece and works perfectly. If you wear headbands, you know some are too rigid (headaches) while others are too loose and fall off. This headband fits wonderfully on an adult head. The teeth hold the hair in place. I wore this all day and at the end of the day my hair still looked terrific. The amber band with the turquoise insets is far prettier than the picture shows. The color is not so in-your-face as to clash with your clothing color. I look forward to wearing this for years.
