Most importantly, this dress is very striking on.I am 5'8 and 170, 38 DD, and very hourglass shape.I usually wear a 12/14 and ordered the large.It was true to size and fit very comfortably.Things to know...the fabric is very thin so I would highly suggest seamless undergarments.Also, the slit goes damn near to the promised land, but the fabric crosses over and it is possible to be modest.The only thing I have to have done is the thin material is also in the top and there is no liner or cups, so I am going to have to try some tape or have a liner and possibly a cup put in. If you are naturally perky all you would need is one of those discreet patches that cover your nipples and you would be all set.
