It is a beautiful dress. The outer layer of the material makes a perfect train for the dress when barefoot.I am planning to use it as a beach wedding dress.I didn't realize the silver decorations are sequins instead of beads and the blue beads are very blue but it actually does look very similar to the picture.I felt it looked too "Las Vegas" for a beach wedding so I removed the sequins and beads on the skirt and it looked perfect since the bridesmaids are wearing sarongs for skirts and it looks very similar to a sarong skirt on top of the solid white under skirt.
