I purchased this item after a medical procedure and while it was comfortable, it didn't compress my abdomen area as it promotes.Also, the smallest size available is a Medium, which would explain why it didn't compress the areas that I expected it to.Overall, it does smoothen the back area, but it's very soft on the abdomen area not necessarily slimming it as it states.Product Description
