One of the straps came off the wings as soon as I tried putting it on our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.Fortunately the straps were long enough that I could sort of tie it around his neck, so it wasn't a total waste.
The wings are only about as wide as our dog's back -- I was expecting them to be bigger.
