I did not want to give this a bad review because the hat is worth $16 and it IS pretty with the bows. However, the merchant here shows and states ostrich feather is included and it is NOT. Mfg no longer includes the feather. I found one on Ebay for a few bucks.(search for ostrich feather to find the one that goes with this type of hat) The hat really needs the feather.Also, wear it a bit to streach it out so it fits when you want to wear it. The fabric is not top quality, I mean.. you're paying $17 for it. It really does put the cherry on the top in regards to costume.I am glad I bought it. It's perfect for the costume I have!!
